Puntland armed driven pro Somaliland militias out of Tukaraq Neighborhood in Sool region of Puntland after few hours the militia men led by Mahad Ambarshe captured it Puntlandi reports.
The casualty is unknown yet but Tukaraq Neighborhood is under control of Puntland forces.
Tukaraq was earlier held by Khatumo state Militia but they withdrew it after strong pro Somaliland militia with15 armored vehicles approached the district
Puntlandi learns that a closed-door meeting with Puntland’s vice president Abdul Samad Ali Shire and Head of Puntland Army Col. Saeed Dheere in which vice president directed immediate liberation of the neighborhood from pro Somaliland militia.
The situation of Tukaraq is calm though communication system was cut off few hour in early morning.
Puntland armed forces have maintained the control of whole the neighborhood and driven militia towards north of the city.
